Designing for equity by understanding systems through the eyes of those within them.

Through deep listening, cultural probes, and participatory research, I uncover the unmet needs, capabilities, and aspirations of people often overlooked by mainstream design and policy. I work across themes like labor equity, ethical production, and public services, translating insights into toolkits, frameworks, and interventions that are rooted in empathy and built for real-world impact.
