Rethinking Disposal Habits

Designing for behavior change began with the insight that people view cups as waste the moment they’re done using them, prompting quick disposal. The challenge was to design a system that aligns with this natural disposal habit while guiding the community to make a better choice by returning cups to a reuse system.
